Strongman Style
Teams of 4-5:
5:00 at each station:

Plate Push (50ft = 1 rep) (half of the turf, there will be cones set up)

Hand over Hand Sled Pull (50ft = 1 rep) (half of the turf, there will be cones set up)

Calorie Ski Erg or Assault Bike (calories = reps)

Tire Flip or 10 Sand Bag Cleans +  1 (80) Sand Stone Bag (up and over yoke) = 1

Farmers Carries (Open/Performance) 70/53 (Fitness/Master’s 45+) 50/35

  • Strongman style movements are an opportunity for athletes to vary our training and prepare for things in everyday life. Very rarely will be presented a symmetrical object like a barbell to pick up off the ground or press overhead in the real world. These objects tend to me more asymmetrical and awkward.
  • Score is total repetitions completed at the end of the 5 stations.
  • Maximum 2 athletes moving during the 5min station.

Recovery: Lower your heart rate, ROW/BIKE/WALK
